The Role: Product BuilderThis is
not a traditional Product Manager role.
We're looking for a
Product Builder-a hands-on technical product leader who can
define, prototype, and ship user-facing experiences, not just manage tickets or write specs.
You'll own the
public face of riamoneytransfer.com-the front door to a global fintech product-leading a small, empowered squad to move fast while maintaining the quality and rigor expected of a publicly traded financial institution.

What You'll DoLead a High-Velocity, AI-Native Squad- Lead a cross-functional squad of 2 AI-enabled software engineers and a dedicated UI/UX designer
- Act as a player-coach: define direction, unblock progress, and contribute directly to execution
- Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit, v0, etc.) to prototype ideas and validate solutions before production hardening
Build from Prototype to Production- Replace static docs with working prototypes
- Champion fast, modern "vibecoding" workflows-without sacrificing quality or judgment
- Ship polished, user-facing features in days, not weeks
Bridge Design & Engineering- Partner deeply with design (no Figma mastery required, but design fluency is)
- Own the "last mile"-ensure implementations match design intent
- Make hands-on tweaks in CSS/Tailwind or components when needed
Own Experimentation & Growth- Design and execute A/B tests to improve acquisition and conversion
- Form data-backed hypotheses and ensure clean tracking (PostHog, Amplitude)
- Balance speed with risk management in a regulated fintech environment
Technical Stewardship & SEO- Care deeply about Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML, and technical health
- Handle small but impactful changes yourself (tracking pixels, landing pages, copy updates)
- Enable engineers to focus on high-leverage technical work
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves- 3+ years in digital product roles (Product Manager, Technical Founder, Growth Engineer, Product Engineer)
- Proven ability to build and deploy web experiences
- Comfort navigating a React / Next.js codebase and debugging with browser dev tools
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Replit, v0) to accelerate development
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests
- Strong product judgment and ownership mindset
Nice-to-Haves- AWS experience
- Background in product management or software engineering
- AI experimentation beyond day-to-day usage
- Spanish proficiency (helpful for global/LATAM collaboration)
