Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization’s overall technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision. The ideal candidate will lead architectural governance, design scalable and secure enterprise solutions, and support digital transformation and modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance models
• Align IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive technology roadmap
• Design end-to-end enterprise architecture covering applications, data, infrastructure, and integration layers
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, platforms, and tools
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption and legacy modernization programs
• Ensure interoperability, scalability, security, and high performance across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into architecture solutions
• Provide architectural leadership and guidance for complex, high-impact programs and initiatives
• Review solution architectures to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices
• Drive adoption of architecture best practices, governance models, and documentation standards
• Establish and enforce architecture review boards (ARB) and governance processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent)
• Deep expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Proven experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives
• Strong understanding of integration patterns (API, microservices, middleware)
• Knowledge of security architecture and compliance standards
• Expertise in scalability, performance tuning, and distributed systems design
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Ability to influence decisions at leadership level

Preferred Qualifications

• TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to data architecture, analytics, or AI/ML ecosystems
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments
