Looking for senior, hands-on data engineers to support a modern data platform initiative.
This is a code-first engineering role not traditional ETL or reporting.
Candidates with experience in health payer environments are strongly preferred specifically supporting data across Clinical, Claims, or Provider domains. Ideal candidates understand how to work with healthcare data models, business logic, and large-scale datasets in these areas.
Key Responsibilities
Build end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion transformation analytics-ready)
Develop using SQL + Python (PySpark preferred)
Implement data quality checks
Work in Git-based development (PRs, version control)
Support CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders on data logic and definitions
Must-Have Skills
Strong SQL + Python
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)
Lakehouse experience (Delta / Iceberg / similar)
Git + CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Proven experience building production-grade pipelines
Nice to Have
Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric
dbt
Orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.)
