We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Validation Engineer to join the team of our exceptional client. In this role, you will support the validation and testing of an enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) within a regulated environment. This position is execution-focused and ideal for someone experienced in validation testing, risk-based testing strategies, and producing audit-ready documentation while working cross-functionally with Quality, IT, and business stakeholders.

What will your day look like?
As a Quality Validation Engineer, you will:
Execute requirements-based validation activities for the enterprise Quality Management System, including Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) testing.
Develop and execute validation test cases aligned with Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS).
Ensure all validation activities are traceable, properly documented, and supported by execution evidence suitable for regulatory audits.
Validate both configured and out-of-the-box QMS functionality while ensuring alignment with business and compliance requirements.
Apply risk-based testing approaches when evaluating custom configurations or enhancements.
Plan and execute integration testing between the QMS and connected enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, training, or document management platforms.
Maintain audit-ready validation artifacts and documentation to support regulatory inspections and internal audits.
Collaborate with Quality, IT, Regulatory, and business stakeholders to ensure the system remains compliant, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Participate in risk assessments, deviation investigations, and validation activities related to system functionality or behavior.
You will be a good fit for the Quality Validation Engineer role if you have:
Experience performing validation testing within a Quality Management System (QMS) environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain validation activities.
Strong validation and documentation discipline, including experience producing audit-ready validation evidence.
Experience with requirements-based testing and validation documentation.
Familiarity with risk-based testing approaches and process-driven validation methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory and compliance expectations for computerized systems in regulated environments.
Experience creating and executing formal test cases and validation documentation.
Familiarity with ComplianceQuest or similar QMS platforms is a plus.
Experience validating system integrations and enterprise SaaS platforms is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when performing testing and documentation activities.
Excellent collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams across Quality, IT, and business groups.
