Location: St Louis, MS ( 1 week Onsite with paid expenses)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead / Senior Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) to support implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of financial processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working in global environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Finance & Controlling

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI/CO solutions
• Manage core FI modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting and Treasury
• Configure and enhance CO processes including:
• Cost Center Accounting
• Profit Center Accounting
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)

Business Process & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to analyze and improve business processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements
• Lead workshops, UAT sessions, and business discussions

Implementation & Transformation

• Lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations
• Participate in global template design, rollouts, and localization
• Drive finance transformation initiatives using SAP best practices

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Manage integration with SAP modules such as:
• SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP Treasury
• SAP Group Reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FI/CO
• Strong experience in S/4HANA Finance
• Proven experience in implementation, rollout, or migration projects
• Strong expertise in RTR (Record to Report) processes
• Hands-on experience with CO modules (CCA, PCA, Product Costing, CO-PA)
• Experience in integration with SD/MM modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in RAR (Revenue Accounting & Reporting)
• Exposure to FSCM (Collections, Dispute, Treasury)
• Knowledge of Group Reporting / CFIN
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow / Solman / Jira

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification (FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance)
• Experience in global implementations
