Position: Power Platform Program Manager (Business Enablement)

Job Description: We are seeking a senior technical program manager to lead a Power Platform-focused program, overseeing a small team, governance, training, and adoption of low-code tools across the organization. This role partners with IT and business stakeholders, manages intake and prioritization of initiatives, and provides hands-on support for simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows when needed. The position requires strong communication and executive presentation skills, a track record of delivering secure, compliant solutions, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment. On-site presence is required three days per week in Richmond, VA, with local candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage intake, prioritization, and resource allocation for program requests and initiatives
• Provide hands-on support by building/troubleshooting simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
• Lead training, workshops, and adoption efforts to empower business users
• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Establish governance, best practices, and lifecycle processes for low-complexity solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years in technical program management, product ownership, or enterprise application delivery
• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Ability to build or troubleshoot simple Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development capabilities
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• Experience aligning solutions with governance, IT processes, and security/compliance
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or Dataverse
• Certifications in Power Platform and Azure
• Experience implementing governance for low-code/no-code platforms
• Background in user training, adoption, or change management
• Public-sector or transportation-focused experience
• Experience leading and managing teams
