Job Description:
\n
As a Plumbing Helper, you ll work alongside experienced plumbers in residential settings, helping with installations, repairs, and system upgrades. This is a hands-on role where you ll learn the trade from the ground up while supporting the team in delivering high-quality work and great customer experiences.
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Assist plumbers with installing and repairing plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
\n - Help with equipment upgrades and job site preparation
\n - Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized work environment
\n - Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
\n - Work closely with team members to complete jobs efficiently and accurately
\n - Support a positive customer experience while on-site
\n

Qualifications:
\n
\n - Some plumbing experience, trade school training, or related hands-on experience preferred
\n - Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
\n - Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment
\n - Good communication and a professional attitude
\n - Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
\n - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
