Location: Charlotte, NC 28255 - (***Hybrid Position - 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote in a week)

Job Description:
Power BI specialist who can support our enterprise BI environment.
Key skills needed:
Deep hands-on Power BI development experience (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
Strong troubleshooting skills for dataset refresh issues, gateways, permissions, and performance.
Ability to support tenants with challenges in implementing Power BI capabilities.
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills to lead COE office hours and user education sessions.
Solid SQL skills and comfort working with technical and business partners.
Self-starter who can provide guidance, best practices, and help drive Power BI adoption.
Min. Experience Required: 10 Years+
Required Qualifications
5+ years Power BI report/dashboard development experience (DAX, Power Query, modeling, report design).
Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Enterprise BI environments.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; comfortable leading sessions and office hours.
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI Premium and Microsoft Fabric capacities.
Experience supporting or contributing to a BI Center of Excellence (COE).
Knowledge of SSRS modernization and migration to Power BI / PBIRS.
Experience mentoring developers or leading BI training sessions.
Familiarity with enterprise BI governance, RLS/OLS, and secure data practices.
