Required skills:

• Design and implement integration workflows using Dell Boomi to connect UKG with external systems.
• Develop, test, and deploy custom interfaces and data transformations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Migrate legacy interfaces to Dell Boomi
• Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and meet performance benchmarks.
• Provide support for UAT, production deployments, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
• Maintain documentation for all integration processes and configurations.

Nice to have skills:

• Recommended Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of experience in integration development using Dell Boomi.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions, UKG Pro, or other UKG platforms.
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and web services.
• Familiarity with HCM/WFM domain concepts.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, or DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Boomi certification(s) (e.g., Boomi Associate Developer).
• Experience with other integration platforms or middleware tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
