Job Title: Sr. Agile Scrum Master (Data & Analytics)
Location: Austin, TX, (Hybrid)- 3 days remote with 2 days (Mondays and Thursdays) required to be onsite

Job Summary:
The Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery, enabling high-performing cross-functional teams and ensuring consistent application of Scrum principles and practices. This role supports enterprise data, analytics, and modernization initiatives by fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Scrum Master serves as a servant leader and coach to the product owner, development team, and stakeholders, removing impediments and ensuring alignment with program and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile processes and ensure effective Scrum practices are followed.
  • Enable and support cross-functional teams to achieve high performance.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach to the product owner, development team, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress.
  • Ensure alignment with program objectives and organizational goals.
  • Understand business objectives and problems; identify alternative solutions.
  • Perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives.
  • Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
  • Confer with stakeholders to analyze current operational procedures and identify issues.
  • Document user needs, program functions, and development steps.
  • Review system capabilities, specifications, and limitations to assess feasibility of requested changes.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment.
  • Capable of independently performing a variety of complex tasks.
  • Demonstrates creativity and a high degree of latitude in problem-solving.
