Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach Scrum teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and drive timely resolution of delivery risks and blockers.
- Monitor Agile metrics and communicate delivery health, velocity, and progress to stakeholders.
