Description: Overview We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Systems Operations Engineer to manage, monitor, and optimize enterprise-level CXP systems. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency across complex order workflow journeys.
The ideal candidate has strong systems engineering expertise, automation skills, and a proactive mindset for identifying and resolving performance, security, and process issues.
Key Responsibilities - Manage, monitor, and support all installed CXP systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Design and build automated processes and reporting for critical milestones throughout the order workflow lifecycle.
- Proactively monitor end-to-end order journeys to ensure compliance with defined SLAs; identify issues early and raise alerts when workflows are disrupted.
- Monitor and test application performance to identify bottlenecks; collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard system integrity and continuity.
- Write, maintain, and optimize custom scripts to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Participate in the design and enhancement of information systems and operational support systems.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems operations and automation.
Required Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in systems operations, platform support, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong experience managing complex, enterprise-scale systems in a production environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement automation, monitoring, and reporting solutions.
- Hands-on scripting experience to streamline operational processes.
- Solid understanding of system performance tuning, security best practices, and resilience strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams.
