About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing, planning, and implementation of enterprise-level technology and equipment initiatives across multiple facilities. This role may also take on additional projects based on capacity and business needs.

The Project Manager will manage project budgets, partner with procurement teams on supplier sourcing, and plan and execute all project deliverables, including implementation and operational transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, IT teams, and business stakeholders in the execution of business and technology projects, including related procurements.
• Oversee the development of proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Requirements (SOR), and RFP responses.
• Support team development while holding teams accountable for commitments and removing obstacles.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in developing project plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
• Manage relationships with executive leadership, business stakeholders, vendors, sponsors, suppliers, and technology teams.
• Track and communicate project progress from schedule, cost, and risk perspectives to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal technology leads and external vendors to incorporate best practices into project plans.
• Drive consistent delivery across the full project lifecycle, including procurement execution, project planning, resource allocation, risk and scope management, and transition to operations.
• Monitor third-party vendor performance and define measurable success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, task lists, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure adherence to established project management standards and governance practices.
• Facilitate resolution of technical issues.
• Lead scoping, technical requirements gathering, estimation, and planning for single or multiple workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Cloud & SaaS Expertise: Strong background in planning, executing, and managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Analytical & Organizational Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Leadership & Change Management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new systems and methodologies.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to represent technical teams effectively.
• Requirements Management: Extensive experience guiding stakeholders through business and technical requirements discovery and documentation.
• Project Management Methodologies: Deep knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience managing Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall projects.
• Certification: Active PMP certification required.
• Vendor Management: Experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing successful solution implementations.
• Industry Experience: Experience managing projects within regulated industries (healthcare experience preferred).
