Summary

We're looking for a hands-on network engineer to lead data center transformation from Cisco to Arista. The ideal candidate has actually planned, architected, and executed Cisco-to-Arista fabric migrations in production -not just designed on paper.

Responsibilities:

Design and build spine-leaf data center fabrics using Arista EOS and CloudVision Portal (CVP)

Lead migrations from Cisco-based environments to Arista, including planning, validation, and production cutovers

Configure and optimize VXLAN, BGP, and EVPN for low-latency, high-availability connectivity

Automate provisioning and configuration using Python, Ansible, and CVP APIs

Partner with security, systems, and application teams to align network design with operational requirements

Mentor junior engineers on Arista best practices Requirements:

10+ years in enterprise/data center networking

Direct, hands-on experience migrating a Cisco environment to Arista (planning through cutover), not just greenfield Arista deployment

Strong command of BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, spine-leaf/Clos architectures

Scripting/automation experience (Python, Ansible)

Arista certification (ACE or higher) preferred; CCNP or equivalent Cisco background a plus
