Job Description:
  • Seeking a seasoned 10 + years Business Analyst with strong expertise in global payment systems and customer facing digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of payment processing and a proven track record in delivering intuitive user centric web and mobile experiences.
  • Lead requirements gathering business process analysis and solution design for payment platforms.
  • Create BRDs FRDs user stories process flows wireframes and UI prototypes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners UX designers’ developers and QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Drive end-to-end payment transformation initiatives and digital channel enhancements.
  • Support UAT production releases stakeholder management and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong Payments Domain Expertise Required.
  • SWIFT MTMX ISO 20022, ACH Wires RTP SEPA Fedwire.
  • CrossBorder RealTime Payments.
  • Treasury Cash Management.
  • Payment Investigations Exceptions.
  • Merchant Payments Payment Gateways.
  • Payment Lifecycle Settlement Reconciliation.
  • Business Analysis Requirement Elicitation Gap Analysis.
  • UIUX Design Wireframing User Journey Mapping.
  • Agile Scrum JIRA Confluence.
  • SQL API Integration Data Mapping.
  • Figma Axure Balsamiq Visio.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology finance or related field.
  • CBAP CCBA CSPO or Payments Certification preferred.

  • Excellent Communication and Agile Delivery Experience.
