What you'll achieve
As a Principal Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing programs.

You will:
Deliver assigned software / system interfaces with design and process across extended teams
Prepare documentation for inspection/testing procedures
Design, develop and implement cost effective methods of testing and troubleshooting software systems and equipment
Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test environments and equipment and complete specifications and procedures for new products

Essential Requirements
8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a master's degree
Advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures
Deep knowledge of hardware and software interactions, and ability to apply this understanding to resolve issues

Desirable Requirements
Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
Capability to influence others to achieve results

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $157k - $204k
