Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the insurance domain and enterprise billing systems. This role requires a blend of product strategy, Agile execution, and stakeholder collaboration to drive delivery of scalable, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, roadmap, and measurable outcomes
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog using Agile methodologies
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams for timely delivery
  • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Drive release planning and ensure smooth product delivery
  • Use data and metrics to guide product decisions

Required Skills:

  • Strong Product Management experience in insurance domain
  • Knowledge of policy lifecycle, underwriting, claims, and billing workflows
  • Hands-on experience with invoicing, billing cycles, and payment reconciliation
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with prioritization frameworks like RICE
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
