Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of Axway B2Bi environments including installation, configuration, tuning, upgrades, and patching.
Design, develop, and support end-to-end EDI/B2B integrations with global business partners.
Configure and maintain communication protocols such as SFTP, OFTP2, AS2, ALE, and Web Services.
Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting to improve operational efficiency.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive alerting and monitoring solutions.
Troubleshoot integration, middleware, database, and infrastructure issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while ensuring security and compliance standards are followed.
Work with EDI standards including X12, EDIFACT, and VDA for mapping and transformation activities.
Required Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience in enterprise B2B/EDI environments.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Axway B2Bi administration and support.
5+ years of experience with partner onboarding and B2B integration protocols.
Strong experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows Server environments.
Strong SQL skills with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
Experience working with MQ Series or similar messaging technologies.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Agile methodology and cloud environment experience preferred.
