Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of cybersecurity domains and proven experience managing complex projects using Agile methodologies.
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, and stakeholder communications while ensuring successful delivery of cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a blend of project leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong project management experience leading Cybersecurity projects.
Technical understanding and project leadership experience in one or more of the following areas:
Security Infrastructure
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
SIEM Detection & Automation
Application Security
Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies and tools such as:
Jira
Rally
Similar Agile project management platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of professional curiosity and critical thinking.
Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Experience coordinating internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and status reviews.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
Track project progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership and clients.
Ensure contractual deliverables, milestones, and project objectives are achieved.
Manage financial performance, project forecasting, and resource utilization.
Establish effective communication plans with project teams and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and capture lessons learned at project completion.
Support vendor management and coordinate activities with third-party partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Technical Consulting environments.
Professional certifications such as:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
SAFe Certification
AI for Project Managers (AI for PMs)
