Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Configuration & Reporting Consultant with expertise in both US and Canadian Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for payroll configuration, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting payroll operations within the Workday environment.
Required Skills
10+ years of HRIS/Payroll Systems experience
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (US & Canada)
Expertise in Workday Payroll Configuration
Experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Calculated Fields)
Knowledge of payroll earnings, deductions, garnishments, taxes, and retro processing
Experience supporting payroll testing, validation, and issue resolution
Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements in the US and Canada
Experience with Workday business processes and security
Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
Workday Payroll Certification
Workday implementation or enhancement experience
Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs
Experience supporting year-end payroll processes
