About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our Canada leadership team and drive strategic growth, client retention, and account expansion within Retail Banking and Payments. This role will focus on expanding our presence in Retail Banking by building high‑trust relationships with key business leaders, product management teams, and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Banking & Payments Expansion: Lead growth initiatives specifically focused on the Retail Banking segment of tier-1 Canadian financial institutions.
• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Map to and build strong relationships with senior business executives, domain heads, and product leaders.
• Account Growth & Retention: Focus on overall account retention, contract renewals, and identifying organic account expansion opportunities.
• Strategic Alignment: Translate the bank's business and digital transformation agendas into tailored consulting and technology solutions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal delivery, architecture, and executive leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Domain Knowledge: Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking and/or Payments (e.g., electronic payments, cash management, payment rails, cards, or digital banking).
• Consulting / IT Services Background: Prior experience in client management or account management within major IT services and management consulting
• Seniority: Proven track record operating at Senior Manager Level in account management or client delivery.
• Financial Services Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Canadian banks or major financial institutions (prior experience with Canadian tier-1 banks).
• Communication & Engagement: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
