  • Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking two (2) Project Managers to join our team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of eight (8) years of project experience.
    • PMP certification is REQUIRED.
    • Minimum of four (4) years of experience with the following:
      • Microsoft Project
      • Microsoft Office Suite
      • Professional written and verbal communication skills
      • Technical knowledge
      • Interpersonal skills
      • Supply chain systems ( preferred )
      • Attention to detail
      • Evaluative skills
    • Experienced meeting presentation and facilitation skills.
    • Maximo Application Suite ( preferred )
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Performs project management activities supporting multiple simultaneous projects following established technology project management processes and practices.
    • Collaborates with project sponsor and operating departments to identify project objectives, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables.
    • Leads project team by assembling appropriate technical and business personnel, assigning roles and responsibilities, and builds and facilitates team cohesion.
    • Develops project artifacts, to include but not limited to; requirements documentation, scope statements, project charters, project plans, cost estimates, technical specifications, schedules, status reports, project closure documents, and lessons learned documentation.
    • Tracks, monitors, analyzes, and reports projects' costs, schedule, and scope status.
    • Drives timely project activities, as well as efficient and cost-effective use of time, materials, and resources.
    • Identifies, tracks, assesses, communicates, and resolves critical issues and potential risks to meet project objectives/deliverables.
    • Prepares formal and informal project communications.
    • Ensures projects are executed in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and codes and with company policies, procedures and standards.
