Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives within an enterprise ERP environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.x) with a focus on Financials and Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in modernizing on-prem EBS applications, improving performance, and delivering scalable technical solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within Oracle EBS R12.1.3 / R12.2.x
• Support and contribute to EBS upgrade and optimization initiatives
• Develop and enhance RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
• Work closely with business teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop technical design documents, testing artifacts, and implementation plans
• Build and maintain solutions using:
  • Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
  • OA Framework (OAF)
  • Oracle Forms & Workflow
  • BI Publisher
• Support integration and customization across Financials (AP, GL, FA) and SCM modules
• Optimize system performance and ensure application stability
• Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment activities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.1.3 / 12.2.x)
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
  • Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
  • OA Framework (OAF)
  • Oracle Forms & Workflow
• Experience developing BI Publisher reports
• Strong understanding of RICEW development
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials and SCM business processes
• Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working on EBS upgrades, enhancements, or optimization projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP modernization or cloud migration initiatives
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion / ERP Cloud
• Experience working in large enterprise or public sector environments
