Senior IT Program Manager – SAFe / Agile Release Train (ART) Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) teams through development and delivery cycles
Guide the transition to and implementation of SAFe practices
Plan and execute Program Increment (PI) Planning on a quarterly basis
Facilitate Scrum of Scrums and act as a SAFe facilitator/coach at the program level
Provide guidance on Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies
Support ART launches and Agile transformation initiatives
Engage stakeholders to define business value and prioritize work
Collaborate with communities of practice and deliver Agile training sessions
Track and report key Agile metrics (burn-down, burn-up, cumulative flow diagrams)
Support Scrum ceremonies: Planning, Retrospectives, Grooming, and Reviews/Demos
Identify and resolve impediments efficiently and cost-effectively
Act as a liaison between teams and business stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
12+ years of IT experience
4+ years in Program Management within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
Experience managing multiple teams and ARTs
Hands-on experience with Agile Release Train (ART) launch

Scaled Agile Certification (SPC)
Experience in both start-ups and large enterprises
Exposure to Big Data platforms
Domain experience in Healthcare (good to have)
