IAM Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to support and expand our Non-Human Identity (NHI) capabilities within a SaaS-integrated environment. This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating identity solutions with a strong emphasis on SailPoint, CI/CD pipelines, and backend services. The engineer will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative Agile team.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and integrate non-human identity solutions across SaaS platforms.
Implement and support IAM solutions, preferably using SailPoint.
Build and maintain IAM integrations within CI/CD pipelines.
Develop and support backend services and integrations using Java and Shell scripting.
Collaborate on REST API integrations and consume APIs using tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.
Contribute to identity governance, access controls, and lifecycle management.
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of IAM principles (authentication, authorization, provisioning, governance).
Experience with Clutch (preferred).
Experience with SailPoint (preferred, but not a deal breaker).
Backend development experience with Java and Shell scripting.
Working knowledge of REST APIs and API integrations.
Familiarity with C# development.
Experience integrating systems using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Non-Human Identity (NHI) or service account governance.
Hands-on experience integrating IAM with DevOps and CI/CD tooling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and mentor engineers.
