Position Summary
The Retail Consumer Analytics team is helping lead the effort to transform and drive improved front store consumer experience by partnering
with key business areas across CVS Health to deliver impactful analytic solutions and insights.

As a member of the Analytics & Behavior Change Assortment Analytics team, you will deliver high visibility analytics projects for key CVS Retail
strategic priorities. Within our team, we believe a cutting-edge AI product can only be delivered if every aspect of the solution from data to
model to front end UI is fully designed and developed by SME's within the team. As a Software Engineer, you will join a team focused on designing, building, and delivering an end-to-end tool that is supported by a cutting-edge platform and data science solutions to optimize product assortment for CVS stores.

Specifically:
You will drive revenue and customer satisfaction in CVS Health's Front Store business using advanced analytic solutions to optimizing merchandising decisions.
You will tackle complex problems and deliver decision support tools by writing code, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent product performance and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into requirements for solution enhancements or ad hoc analyses.
Work with teams of data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and developers to execute both solution upgrades and analyses.
Architect scalable and efficient data pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data within Palantir Foundry.
Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data governance policies throughout the development lifecycle.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Palantir Foundry ecosystem.

We are looking for talented individuals who have a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to deliver high quality end to end intuitive and impactful analytic products using advanced data driven approaches.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of software development experience building and delivering customer facing cloud-based analytic solutions
3+ years of end-to-end application development experience on Palantir foundry or similar systems, leveraging tools such as Workshop, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology objects/actions and Typescript functions Foundry applications or similar systems to meet business requirements and objectives.
3+ year of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
3+ years coding in Python, SQL, and JavaScript
1+ years in cloud-based platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform and AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

Effective written and verbal communication skills within and across teams

Experience with complex systems and solving challenging analytical problems

Ability to leverage multiple tools and programming languages to analyze and manipulate data sets from disparate data sources
Retail merchandising domain expertise including category management, assortment optimization, product clustering, product price sensitivity and promotion affinity evaluation, store clustering and localization
Experience building and delivering data and analytics solutions on products is a huge plus

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $173,040.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
