Job Title: Strategic Project Manager DCX
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)
Job type: Full Time

The Strategic Project Manager DCX, reports to our DCX Chief of Staff — This role leads the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives that advance DCX vision and strategy. This role is hybrid with three days required in our NYC office.

We will count on you to:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of single strategic initiatives that advance the business unit''s vision and strategy—owning scope, outcomes, timelines, dependencies, resourcing, and delivery quality from kick-off through launch and adoption.
  • Translate strategy into executable plans by defining clear objectives, success measures, and delivery roadmaps; establish governance (cadence, decision forums, risks/issues/dependencies) and ensure alignment with leadership priorities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Tech, Commercial, Operations, and business stakeholders—driving clarity on roles, handoffs, and deliverables; proactively removing blockers and escalating decisions as needed.
  • Drive stakeholder management and executive communications—producing concise status updates, decision briefs, and readouts; facilitating workshops/steering discussions; and ensuring leadership has transparent visibility into progress, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Own change and communications management for initiatives, including developing and running team communications (narratives, updates, town halls/newsletters/tooling), supporting adoption plans, and embedding changes into "business as usual.”
  • Measure outcomes and benefits realization post-delivery, validating results against OKRs, capturing lessons learned, and recommending follow-on actions to sustain and scale impact.

What you need to have:
  • A Bachelor''s degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., strategy execution, transformation, PMO, or internal consulting), with ownership from definition through implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to run end-to-end delivery: planning, governance, dependency management, risk/issue management, and executive-ready reporting.
  • Strong track record operating effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes.

What makes you stand out:
  • Strategy consulting experience (or equivalent internal strategy/transformation role).
  • Experience working with digital product development teams using client centric and agile ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain legal concepts and compliance requirements to business and technical audiences.
  • Collaborative approach working with cross-functional teams

Why join our team:
  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
