ServiceNow Engineer/Architect

Job Description :

We currently have a contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Engineer.

1. Design, develop, and validate endtoend ServiceNow workflows to support Cloud Services, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
2. Lead requirements discussions with stakeholders to understand, refine, and translate functional needs into clear technical build specifications.
3. Architect and oversee workflow integrations with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure, ensuring that triggered workflows initiate the correct backend automation.
4. Manage and coordinate development cycles, working backandforth across teams to ensure requirements, designs, and implementations remain aligned.
5. Integrate ServiceNow workflows with broader automation and IT service management processes, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

1. Strong expertise in ServiceNow Workflow, Form Design, and Integration modules, with the ability to architect endtoend solutions (handson background required, but current handson execution not required).
2. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical build requirements and communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
3. Experience designing or integrating with automation platforms, including Ansible, Terraform, GitHub, and Azure Automation.
4. Familiarity with CMDB, Service Request Management, and related ITSM/ITOM modules (CMDB experience is a plus).
5. Strong understanding of integration design patterns, workflow logic, APIs, and best practices for scalable ServiceNow implementations.
