Sr. Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine graphic design concepts into finalized packaging artwork.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and precise delivery of packaging files.
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple packaging variants and media formats.
• Optimize design processes for efficiency and align with business objectives.
• Leverage expertise in color management to produce high-quality final outputs.

Skills

• Demonstrated experience in packaging art production, particularly for consumer goods.
• Strong command of design software and detail-driven creativity.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to enhance team synergy.
• Proficient in managing numerous projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with digital media and print production methodologies.
• Understanding of packaging design regulations and industry standards.
• Familiarity with advanced design techniques or software to augment production efficiency.
