SAP Central Finance Solution Architect cum PM

SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Lead / Solution Architect with 15+ years of exp to drive the design, implementation, and support of a global finance transformation program. The role will be responsible for consolidating financial processes and reporting across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, and APAC) operating on a mixed SAP landscape consisting of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC Fashion, and integrated retail systems.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in SAP Central Finance, Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), SLT Replication, AIF Monitoring, and integration with retail and supply chain applications.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Central Finance Design & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and rollout of SAP Central Finance.
• Design financial harmonization and consolidation processes across regional SAP landscapes.
• Define target-state finance architecture for Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Configure and support Central Finance replication scenarios.
• Design and manage Initial Load, Delta Replication, and Reconciliation processes.
• Drive financial data harmonization, mapping, and governance activities.

Integration & Data Replication

• Configure and support:
  • SAP SLT Replication
  • SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF)
  • Key Mapping
  • Value Mapping
  • MDG Integration
  • ALE/IDoc Interfaces

Ensure seamless replication of:

• GL Accounts
• Cost Centers
• Profit Centers
• Internal Orders
• Customers
• Vendors
• Material Master financial attributes

Finance Process Leadership

• Lead workshops covering:
  • Record to Report (R2R)
  • Procure to Pay (P2P)
  • Order to Cash (O2C)
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Asset Accounting
  • Revenue Recognition
  • Financial Close & Consolidation
• Drive global chart of accounts harmonization.
• Support statutory and management reporting requirements.

Retail & Fashion Industry Integration

• Understand retail and fashion business processes.
• Collaborate with teams supporting:
  • SAP Fashion Management
  • Retail Finance
  • Merchandise Accounting
  • Inventory Valuation
  • Omnichannel Retail Operations
• Analyze financial impact of retail transactions originating from:
  • SAP CAR
  • POS Systems
  • IBM Sterling OMS
