This Opportunity\\n
Komline is seeking a Business System Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to support the implementation, daily operation, and ongoing maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across our growing organization.
\\n
The Business System Analyst will work closely with the Dynamics 365 System Administrator, business stakeholders, developers, and external partners to resolve user issues, support system changes, and improve business processes. This role will combine application support with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training as Komline continues to standardize and optimize systems across multiple sites.

\\n
Responsibilities\\n
\\n - Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and service requests.
\\n - Manage and triage tickets in the IT service management system. Collaborate with business users and the Dynamics 365 System Administrator to prioritize and resolve incidents.
\\n - Assist with user onboarding and training, providing functional guidance to support new users and processes.
\\n - Develop and maintain training materials, quick-reference guides, and standard operating procedures.
\\n - Support the configuration and maintenance of system settings, workflows, and security roles in accordance with company policies.
\\n - Coordinate with developers and external partners to support integrations, extensions, and customizations.
\\n - Participate in regression testing, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment validation.
\\n - Assist with system upgrades, including user communications, testing, and vendor coordination.
\\n - Collaborate with the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to support the review, testing, and deployment of system updates, patches, and new functionality through established change control procedures.
\\n - Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and deployments.
\\n - Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements and long-term solutions.
\\n - Stay current on Microsoft releases and updates to assess their impact on system configurations and business processes.
\\n - Support financial and operational reporting by assisting users with Power BI dashboards, Excel add-ins, and other data extraction tools.
\\n - Partner with business stakeholders to document requirements, perform gap analyses, and identify enhancements within Dynamics 365.
\\n - Ensure system configurations align with established business processes and compliance requirements.
\\n - Travel to Komline locations to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments and site adoption.

Required\\n
\\n - Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
\\n - 1+ year of experience in IT application support or enterprise resource planning (ERP) support.
\\n - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in a manufacturing environment.
\\n - Understanding of incident management and change control processes, including frameworks such as ITIL.
\\n - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and verbal and written communication skills.
\\n - Experience with Microsoft tools and environments, including Power Platform, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), and Microsoft 365.
\\n - Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate differences in business needs across stakeholder groups.
\\n - Ability to travel up to 50% or more to support Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments across Komline locations.
