Software Engineer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while further developing your expertise. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and a problem-solving mindset to tackle complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain software applications using languages such as JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and Python.

Build responsive user interfaces with React.js to enhance user experience.

Implement and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and NoSQL technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions.

Analyze system requirements and propose efficient solutions tailored to project needs.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application functionality.

Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Document development processes and technical specifications for future reference.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate them into projects as needed.

Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development.

Proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, Ruby on Rails, and Python scripting.

Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL Server and NoSQL technologies.

Experience with cloud computing platforms and their integration.

Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and optimizing applications.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
