Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Experience Cloud, LWR (Lightning Web Runtime), integrations, and Salesforce architecture.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can architect scalable solutions, mentor development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver high-quality Salesforce applications using industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
Design scalable Experience Cloud sites using LWR (Lightning Web Runtime) and Aura templates based on performance, scalability, and SEO requirements.
Develop high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and REST APIs.
Design and implement secure authentication solutions using External Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Apex Managed Sharing.
Configure Salesforce security models including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, and Account Relationship Data Sharing.
Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications including ERP systems, AWS services, Marketing Cloud, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials.
Build personalized digital experiences using Salesforce CMS and Audience Targeting.
Design and implement asynchronous processing using Headless Flows, Platform Events, Queueable Apex, and Batch Apex.
Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices, governor limit optimization, and coding standards.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Support CI/CD deployment strategies using Salesforce CLI (SFDX), Git, and modern DevOps tools.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
Expert-level knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience designing secure Salesforce applications using Sharing Rules, Apex Managed Sharing, and External Identity.
Strong experience developing REST/SOAP integrations with external enterprise systems.
Experience implementing scalable Salesforce architecture and enterprise application design patterns.
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
