A mid-level PM, (Denver-based preferred) for a 3 5-years IT PM (has some infra and applications experience,).
Solid PM skills in running schedule, budget, meetings, etc.
Client specifically wants a junior to mid-level PM that is fairly new in their career (3-5 years).

once someone gets too senior, they don't want to do the day-to-day project management work
