Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project execution and provide regular RAG status, project status reports, metrics, and progress updates.
  • Identify technical and operational challenges, evaluate options, and drive effective resolutions.
  • Operate independently while balancing competing business and technology priorities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and apply Scrum/Agile practices to support effective delivery.
  • Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and enabling teams to achieve project goals.
  • Drive process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain clear communication of project objectives, expectations, risks, decisions, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and maintain alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure software deliverables meet expected quality, scope, schedule, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working with business and technology teams, preferably within a software development environment.
  • Proven Technical Project Management / Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience managing software development projects through the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Hands-on understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project plans and tracking execution against milestones.
  • Strong knowledge of project status reporting, RAG reporting, metrics, risks, and dependencies.
  • Experience managing project budgets, resources, schedules, and delivery risks.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, and technical architectures.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage complex technical challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, IT Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Scrum Master.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional software engineering initiatives.
  • Strong ability to translate technical challenges into actionable project plans and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, remove blockers, and drive projects to successful completion.
