Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced MS Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant with 10+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, implementation, customization, and stakeholder engagement across enterprise CRM/ERP initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, or Finance & Operations).

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs.

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Design and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and middleware tools.

• Oversee data migration, data quality, and system optimization activities.

• Provide technical and functional guidance to development and support teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business goals.

• Ensure best practices for security, performance, governance, and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

• Strong functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform.

• Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Custom APIs.

• Experience with Azure integration services.

• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications.

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

• Domain experience in Retail, Banking, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Telecom.
