Summary
Job Summary (List Format) SAP IS-U / CRM Consultant
- Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP, including Basis administration, development, functional modules, and application security.
- Offer specialized SAP IS-U and CRM support tailored to the utilities sector or closely related industries.
- Ensure 24/7/365 support coverage with guaranteed response times for Priority 1 issues, with all support personnel and operations based in the United States.
- Supply at least two client references for similar SAP support engagements, including contact details.
- Demonstrate readiness and commitment to begin services within 30 calendar days from contract award, including a defined ramp-up and transition plan.
- Formally accept and adhere to defined exit criteria as part of the contract terms.
