Primary Skill: Workday Reporting, Integration and Testing

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in Workday Report building.
• Workday Application testing experience in functional, reports and dashboards, integrations.

Must-Have

• Experience in testing with multiple Workday customers with in-depth Workday HCM knowledge
• Creation of the system test environment, and conducted functional and system tests for development and enhancement projects
• General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas (Core HCM/Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent & Performance management/ Absence Management/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ Payroll/Compensation)
• Development of complex reports
• Experience in Workday Reporting, Report Builder, Custom Reports, XSLT Custom Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT)
• Experience with Workday Application and Reports
• Must have a problem-solving attitude
• Must have a learner attitude with minimum supervision
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations
• Developed advanced, matrix, and composite reports supporting global HR operations.
• Built complex calculated fields for workforce and payroll analytics.
• Designed executive dashboards using Score Cards, Discovery Boards and Prism Analytics.
• Optimization of report performance
• Implemented secure RaaS reports supporting downstream integrations.
• Collaborated with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
• Conducted report security audits and access validations
• Supported Workday production reporting incidents and enhancements.
• Workday certification from Implementation partner is mandatory for this role.

• Awareness of testing tool usage – ADO, JIRA
