Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal IT Contracts Manager to join our client''''s IT organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of complex IT contracts, from intake and drafting through execution, governance, and transition to operations.

The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor with extensive experience negotiating and managing enterprise technology contracts while partnering closely with IT leadership, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Information Security, Privacy, and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise IT contracts.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer:

  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

  • Statements of Work (SOWs)

  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Amendments

  • Vendor and supplier agreements

• Partner with Legal and Sourcing during contract negotiations.

• Ensure contracts address security, privacy, compliance, audit rights, business continuity, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain contract repositories and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.

• Develop contract templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.

• Support governance, compliance, audits, renewals, amendments, and contract termination activities.

• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure contracts align with operational and business objectives.

• Drive continuous process improvements and contract management best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field (Master''''s preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in IT contract management, commercial contracting, or legal operations.

• 5+ years managing complex, high-value managed services agreements.

• 5+ years supporting enterprise IT hardware, software, cloud, and labor contracts.

• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, amendments, and vendor agreements.

• Solid understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and negotiation strategies.

• Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.

• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and SLA performance management.

• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Cruise, Hospitality, Travel, or Airline industry.

• Experience working within large enterprise IT organizations.

• Exposure to Information Security, Privacy, Risk, and Regulatory compliance.
