Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong enterprise-level platform expertise and the ability to define and implement architecture across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will provide platform-wide visibility, design scalable solutions, establish architectural standards, and ensure the platform aligns with enterprise technology and business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability across the enterprise.
- Provide platform-wide visibility into applications, services, workflows, integrations, data, and operational processes.
- Design enterprise-level solutions, technical roadmaps, and architecture patterns aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, governance, and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.
- Architect solutions across relevant ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and other enterprise capabilities as required.
- Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other relevant technologies.
- Guide the development of dashboards, reporting, and Performance Analytics capabilities to improve platform visibility and decision-making.
- Oversee platform data architecture, CMDB strategy, data quality, and configuration management practices.
- Evaluate technical designs and provide architectural guidance to developers and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and support platform upgrades, performance optimization, security, and long-term maintainability.
- Partner with enterprise architects, platform owners, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify the platform, reduce technical debt, and improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise-level platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, application design, data models, workflows, and system integrations.
- Experience designing scalable solutions that provide visibility across multiple platform components and enterprise services.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development technologies, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, security models, access controls, and platform governance.
- Expertise in architectural design, technical documentation, solution reviews, and implementation guidance.
- Experience with platform reporting, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and enterprise monitoring or visibility capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or relevant architect-level certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, CSDM, and enterprise service management.
- Experience with large-scale, multi-module ServiceNow implementations and platform transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud integrations, and IT operations management.
