As a Oracle PL/SQL Developer, you will: Job Description: - Expertise in Oracle Database with Strong PL/SQL and SQL Skills
- Proven experience building and maintaining complex PL/SQL solutions in production environments.
- Advanced Performance Tuning Knowledge
- Good to Have: Oracle Golden Gate
- Familiarity with replication, data synchronization, and real-time data integration is a plus.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking - Ability to analyze complex performance and production issues and deliver effective, long-term solutions.
- Effective Communication & Stakeholder Management - Clearly communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking & Decision Making - Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term architectural and performance considerations.
- Designing, developing, and maintaining PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers to support critical business workflows.
- Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, execution plans, and database interactions to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Performing advanced performance tuning using tools such as AWR reports, SQL Trace, execution plans, and index optimization.
- Reviewing code and pull requests to ensure coding standards, performance efficiency, and security best practices are followed.
- Troubleshooting production issues by analyzing logs, database metrics, and system behavior under peak load conditions.
- Improving automation across builds, deployments, and database-related test suites to enhance development efficiency and system stability.
- Actively monitoring database and application health, addressing technical debt, and mitigating potential performance or scalability risks.
- Collaborating closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to clarify requirements, align on solution design, and deliver features efficiently.
- Mentoring team members on SQL best practices, performance tuning techniques, and database architecture principles.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 73/hr on W2
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate''s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
