Summary

Title : Market Data services applications (Trading)

Location: Midtown NYC

Onsite

Type: 6 Months Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for core Market Data services/applications, including Open Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, FactSet, Arcontech Excelerator, Market Axess, and others.
Offer technical support for a wide range of broker and trading applications including Tradeweb, ICAP, Brokertec, Tullet Prebon, and Tradition
Coordinate vendor software packaging, including scripting, QA testing, and production release.
Proactively monitor the environment, manage changes, and deliver projects.
Participate in reviewing hygiene metrics and processes for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

Experience with virtual desktop environments and streaming platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong communication skills for interaction with traders, support teams, and vendors.
Experience in technical troubleshooting and managing high-profile issues.
Familiarity with change management structures and problem ticketing systems.
Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell and visual basic.
Strong documentation skills and a commitment to knowledge management.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and innovative with excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing workflow under pressure.
