Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant to support enterprise asset management initiatives for a leading client. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM Maximo implementation, configuration, customization, and support.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize IBM Maximo applications
• Support Asset Management and Work Order Management modules
• Work on Maximo implementations, upgrades, and support activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions
• Develop reports and workflows within Maximo
• Integrate Maximo with ERP and third-party systems
• Maintain system performance and data integrity

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of IBM Maximo experience
• Strong knowledge of Maximo Asset Management (MAS)
• Experience in Work Order Management and Asset Lifecycle Management
• Hands-on experience in Maximo configuration/customization
• Strong SQL/database skills
• Experience with integrations and interface development
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Utility/Energy industry experience
• Experience with Maximo Anywhere/Mobility
• Accenture project experience
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE is a plus
