Summary
We are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Automation Developer / Process Automation Analyst to drive process automation and workflow optimization within the Project & Contract Management organization. This role focuses on eliminating manual processes, improving operational efficiency, and developing scalable automation solutions that support project management and construction-related workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions.
- Build automated forms, templates, and project intake workflows.
- Develop tools that reduce manual data entry and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation with minimal supervision.
- Support modernization of project initiation, tracking, and reporting processes.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in process automation, workflow development, or software development.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Strong knowledge of workflow automation platforms (Power Platform preferred).
- Experience with Power BI and data integration tools.
- Ability to independently design technical solutions from business requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utilities, construction, engineering, or project-based organizations.
- Understanding of project management processes and project lifecycle.
- Proven success automating manual business processes and improving operational efficiency.
