We re hiring a US Non-IT Recruiter to help our clients across the US find top talent in industries such as healthcare, finance, legal, logistics, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and administration.

*Key Responsibilities:*
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT roles in the US market.
Coordinate interviews, manage communication, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining recruitment reports.
Stay updated on US hiring trends and industry best practices.
*Qualifications:*
4+ years of US recruitment experience in non-IT domains.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record.
