Job Title: SAP Program Manager

Lead management of system integrators and third-party vendors for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and deliverables
Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management
Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across SAP workstreams and dependencies
Manage vendor commercials including contracts, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization
Monitor vendor risks, quality, and delivery outcomes, ensuring accountability through regular reviews and corrective actions
Experience managing SAP S/4HANA transformation programs in complex, multi-vendor environments
Strong expertise in vendor management including system integrators and SAP partners
Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD) and end-to-end business processes
Proven ability to manage SLAs, KPIs, risks, and dependencies across large programs
Hands-on experience with data migration, integration, testing cycles, and cutover planning
Experience working in healthcare, pharma, or supply chain environments
Exposure to SAP Activate methodology or agile program delivery models
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in SAP ecosystems
Relevant certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or SAP S/4HANA
Experience in driving process optimization and cost efficiency initiatives
