  • Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming material while supporting corrective action and disposition activities.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused inspection area.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in quality control, manufacturing, machining, or precision inspection preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Associate degree or technical/vocational training in quality, manufacturing, machining, or metrology is a plus.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification is a plus.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, height gages, and other inspection equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and mechanical blueprints.
  • Familiarity with GD&T principles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect components with tight tolerances.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems, manufacturing quality processes, and inspection documentation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
