Summary

Qualifications:

Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related discipline.
Hands-on experience in biologics purification (conjugation, UF/DF, filtration).
Familiarity with analytical operations (SEC/HPLC, CE, HCP testing).
Knowledge of cGMPs, technology transfer, and bioprocess scale-up.
Experience in downstream process development (centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, virus clearance).
Exposure to multiple modalities (mAbs, bispecifics, fusion proteins, ADCs, virus particles) in microbial/mammalian systems is a plus.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Ability to contribute to regulatory filings, validation, and characterization reports.
Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with a passion for scientific investigation.
