Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional SME with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12/11i Supply Chain modules and Process Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Must have 7+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain.
- Expertise in Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory, Purchasing, Advanced Pricing, and Mobile SCM.
- Understanding of other modules such as ASCP, PIM, OPM, OPM Costing, OPM Quality, and WMS.
- Thorough understanding of Process Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules, including Finance and PIM/PLM, is an added advantage.
- Experience in business process design, workshops, GAP identification, RICEW identification, functional design, system configuration, test planning, and test execution.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and 11i implementations, rollouts, and post-implementation support using AIM methodologies.
- Experience across the complete Oracle EBS implementation lifecycle, including:
- Business Process Study and Requirement Gathering
- As-Is and To-Be Mapping
- Solution Design
- Conference Room Pilots (CRPs)
- System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Build, Deployment, and Go-Live
- Biotech/Life Sciences industry experience and understanding of GxP regulations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present and communicate effectively with senior IT and business stakeholders.
- Strong listening, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements and architecture designs into functional system designs.
