Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Fraud Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Spring MVC, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks and a proven ability to design, build, and scale enterprise applications that support fraud prevention initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices using Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with product owners and an agile team to deliver scalable solutions for fraud domain use cases.
- Implement APIs and integrations using REST and SOAP with robust testing and CI practices.
- Develop responsive front-end features using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks such as Vue.js.
- Leverage messaging platforms such as Kafka for event-driven architectures.
- Work across the full SDLC with iterative and agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Java/J2EE with strong object-oriented design and programming.
- Spring framework including Spring MVC. Spring Batch or Spring Integration and Spring Boot are a plus.
- ORM and persistence frameworks such as iBatis/MyBatis, Hibernate, or JPA.
- Messaging experience with Kafka.
- SOA, REST/SOAP web services, Microservices, JAX-WS/JAX-RS.
- Source control with Bitbucket.
- Maven, TDD and CI, JUnit, Mockito.
- IDE experience with Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio.
- Relational databases and SQL such as Oracle, Sybase, or SQL Server.
- Agile or iterative development and full SDLC experience.
- Front-end frameworks such as jQuery, Angular, YUI, Ext JS, DOJO, or Vue.js.
- Front-end web development with JavaScript, HTML/HTML5, CSS, Ajax, SASS.
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills:
Work Setup & Interview Process:
- Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite. Onsite from day 1.
- Target start month: October.
- Interview process includes 1 to 2 rounds. In-person or video is required.
- Glider ID verification is required.
